Applicants must be between the ages of 15-21 as of May 30, 2012.  Be a full time student in 2012 in either high school or college.  Answer the essay question found on the application page.

Must be under age 25 by May 30th, 2012 deadline.  Be a senior in high school or first year studen at college/university.
