The Burlington Demons are proud members of the Southern Lakes Conference in 22 interscholastic sports. The boys volleyball team still competes in the Southeast Conference. Over the years, the Burlington Demons have captured 151 Conference Championships.  This is truly a tradition built on excellence, with an understanding that hard work and commitment by student athletes and coaches leads to success on and off of the courts and fields.
