Community Education Department Survey

We want to take this opportunity to thank those who have participated in our Community Education Dept. programs in the past. Offering meaningful, quality programs requires constant input and feedback from the community. We hope you will take a moment to complete this survey to let us know if we are meeting your expectations. This includes new classes that you would like to see offered in the future.

We are also searching for new instructors to teach these new classes. Please inform us if you or someone you know would like more information on how to start a new class through the Community Education Department. Please tear out this page and mail, fax, drop off or e-mail the completed survey to our office.
