FoodShare Wisconsin was created to help stop hunger and to improve nutrition and health. FoodShare helps people with limited money buy the food they need for good health.
Each month, many eligible families/people across Wisconsin get help from FoodShare. They are people of all ages who have a job, but have low incomes, are living on small or fixed income, have lost their job, are retired or are disabled and not able to work.
Individuals/families can apply for FoodShare by applying online at ACCESS Wisconsin, by completing a paper application and taking it to your nearest county building that accepts applications, or by applying over the phone. Click here for Spanish application.
In Western Racine County, individuals can go to the Racine County Service Center, located at 1072 Milwaukee Avenue in Burlington. Monday-Friday 8am-12pm and 12:30pm-4:30pm. (262) 767-2922
In Walworth County, individuals can go to the Walworth County Economic Support Center, located at W4051 County Road NN in Elkhorn.
