I have been teaching in the Burlington Area School District since 1995. I was a 5th grade teacher at Waller for three years, and then moved to Dover where I taught 2nd grade for nine years. I have been at Dyer for the past nine years working with students who have special needs. I graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in elementary education, and received my special education certifications at UW-Milwaukee. I received my master’s degree from Aurora University.
In my spare time I enjoy my treadmill, biking, snowshoeing, reading, camping, cooking and baking, and spending time with my family and friends. I am married and have two children in college.
