Instructions to register online

• Click on the category and sub-category (if applicable) that the class/camp falls under.
• Click on the 'name' of the class/camp to open up a window that will give additional information (description, dates, times, fee, location).
• Click 'Add to Cart'. 
• If you are a New User, you will need to Create New Account.
• If you are a Returning User, login to your Family Account and complete the checkout process. Please update family member information, including grade level, phone numbers, and email addresses, by going to the "Account Members Info" tab.
• If you have forgotten your username or password, please call 262-763-0219. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT.

Download and print the registration form. Mail the registration form and payment to: Burlington CED, 400 McCanna Parkway, Burlington, WI 53105. Or, drop the registration form and payment off at the District Office or the Community Ed Office, located inside Burlington High School.
