BASD Preschool Screenings 2024-2025
Do you have concerns about your child’s development?
The Burlington Area School District will offer preschool screenings for any child between the ages of birth to five years old not already enrolled in the District. District staff will screen children in areas of development, social skills, fine motor and gross motor skills, and speech/language development. Parents with any concerns about their child’s development should schedule an appointment at one of the screenings by calling the District office at (262) 763-0210.

October 2, 2024 - Plymouth Children's Center
Location: 124 W Washington Street
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 am
November 6, 2024 - In His Arms Preschool
Location: 417 S Kane Street
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 am
December 4, 2024 - BCS / St. Charles Campus
Location: 449 Conkey Street
Time: 8:30 - 11:00 am
January 15, 2025 - Burlington Public Library
Location: 166 E Jefferson
Time: 9:15 - 11:15 am
February 12, 2025 - Dyer Elementary School
Location: 201 S Kendrick
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 am or 2:00 - 4:30 pm
March 12, 2025 - Noah's Ark
Location: 126 Chapel Terrace
Time: 8:30 - 11:30 am
Please schedule an appointment for a screening time on one of these days by calling the Burlington Area School District at (262) 763-0210. If you have questions regarding this process, please contact Deb Frasch at 763-0210, ext 1017. This screening is NOT in place of 4K or 5K kindergarten screening, which will be offered in your neighborhood school.
