DEMON SOFTBALL 'PITCHER' CAMP {Grades K-8} | Saturday, April 5 |
This camp is designed for all players in Grades K thru 8th grade interested in learning the pitching position. Camp will include the following: discuss basic grips and mechanics, pitches, warm-up drills, and fielding your position. If possible, pitcher's should bring their own catcher with them. If you don't have someone to catch for you, one will be provided. |

BABYSITTING TRAINING CLASS {Ages 11-17} | Saturday, May 17 |
This course is recommended for Ages 11 to 17, and is offered by the American Red Cross. It is designed to help participants develop leadership skills, build their business, help keep themselves and others safe, help children learn how to behave, and learn basic child care and basic first aid. This course will also give youth caregivers the skills and confidence to safely and responsibly care for children and infants. *REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, MAY 12, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF REGISTRATION IS CANCELED AFTER MAY 12th.* |

ACT PREP COURSE {Grades 10-12} | Starts October 21 |
CED is offering a wonderful opportunity to help your student prepare for the statewide ACT test that is offered to ALL JUNIORS throughout the state on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
The course consists of six Wednesday afternoon sessions focusing on English, Math, Reading/Writing and Science AND a practice test on Saturday, December 6th.
The six Tuesday afternoon sessions focus on each of the content areas and practice tests are taken weekly. Tests are scored and explanations are given for each question. Test scores are given to students as well as the correct answers to help better prepare them for the actual test. Our curriculum uses actual ACT test problems to maximize student test scores. This course provides students with a distinct competitive edge on test day. |
