Waller Weekly Newsletter
December 19, 2025
From everyone at Waller School, we wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas! 🎄✨ We hope your holiday season is filled with joy, laughter, and special moments with family and friends. Thank you for being such an important part of our Waller community—we look forward to seeing everyone in the new year! ❤️❄️
Just a reminder that we will be off for two weeks and school will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026!
Special Visit from "Elf on the Shelf"
The infamous Elf struck again this past week! The kids had so much fun hunting for our mischievous Elf as she popped up around Waller, getting into all sorts of silly shenanigans.

Reminder - Crosswalk Usage

Please remember to use the crosswalks during drop-off and pick-up. We ask that you do not cut across the street. Using designated crossing areas helps keep everyone safe. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our school community safe.
School Times

Just a reminder: when school resumes in January, Waller’s school hours will be 8:05 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • The first bell rings at 8:00 AM, giving students time to go to class.
  • Classes begin promptly at 8:05 AM.
  • Students who want to have grab-and-go breakfast should arrive early enough to finish by 8:00 AM.
  • School doors open at 7:45 AM, except on Late Start Wednesdays, when they open at 9:45 AM.
Thank you for helping ensure students start the day on time and ready to learn!
Learning Fair Information

Parents - If you see a form come home with your child regarding the Learning Fair, please sign and return it to get more information. This is a fun, learning  project that your child can participate in. He or she can do it with a friend or sibling or on their own, but will need help at home too. Mrs. Shepherdson will offer some time also to support your child with their project. Please reach out to Mrs. Shepherdson on Parent Square if you have any questions.
