Because our current operational referendum will expire soon, a Community Survey was sent to all parents and community members to gain your feedback to assist with our planning moving forward. This survey was sent to you from School Perceptions as an email along with a hard copy to your mailing address. Please take the time to complete this survey to assist our school board and district with decision making as we move forward.

Missing a day of school here and there may not seem like much, but absences add up. Please be alert to how many days your student is missing. Please try to schedule any appointments as late in the day as possible. We know this is not always possible.
|
Faltar un día a la escuela de vez en cuando puede no parecer mucho, pero las ausencias se acumulan. Por favor, esté atento a cuántos días falta su hijo/a. Intente programar las citas lo más tarde posible. Sabemos que no siempre es posible. |

We have noticed an increasing number of vehicles cutting around the car pick-up line to turn right directly into the parking lot during dismissal. Please be aware that the Burlington Police Department is actively monitoring the area and will issue tickets for drivers skipping or moving around the waiting line. For everyone's safety and to avoid a fine, please remain in the designated line until it is safe to pull into the parking lot. |
A quick reminder for our Waller families: Dismissal is at 3:30pm, and all non-bus students must be picked up by 3:40pm to ensure they are properly supervised by our staff. The Waller office closes at 3:45pm. If a parent is not able to be pick up their student by 3:40pm, we will have the student participate in our fee-based After Care program for the evening. If you would like to sign your child up for After Care, please contact Lauren Sommers at (262) 763-0185 ext. 2110. Thank you for your cooperation! |
Thanks to funding from the United Way of Racine County, Dyer, Waller, and Winkler families now have access to a free clothing and hygiene closet.
This closet is located in the Dyer Office for families who could use some extra help with clothing, shoes, winter gear, and hygiene items for their elementary students due to unexpected financial hardships.
Appointments are private and confidential and start Thursday, September 24.
If you can't make it in person, there's a contactless pickup option available.
For families that want to donate: The closet accepts gently used or new kids' clothing and winter gear, new socks and underwear, hygiene items, gift cards, and money to purchase needed items.

Our 3rd graders had a blast today during our annual visit from the varsity football team! Together, they created awesome signs for the Homecoming game and also had a chance to enjoy some fun times outdoors! A huge thank you to the team for taking time to visit us today! This is always a favorite tradition. |
