I am a graduate of UW-LaCrosse where  I received a degree in Elementary/Middle Level Education with a minor in Special Education.   Right after graduation, I immediately started working as a 7th grade ELA teacher at Karcher Middle School, and I later received a Masters in Education from Viterbo University.  After ten years, I was blessed with an opportunity to share my passion, teaching Science to 7th graders.  After 23 years in 7th grade, I will be switching things up again and moving to 6th grade science.  I love what I do!

Outside of school, I stay extremely busy with my husband and kids (Kylie, Calvin, Akira, and Kaycie).  Because of their involvement in sports and the community, I am always on the go.  In my spare time, which is rare, I enjoy shopping, camping, baking, visiting out-of-state family, and attending sporting events.

Despite my crazy outside of school life, you can be assured your child's education is a top priority! :)
