Project Active Citizen - The PAC House
Project Active Citizen (PAC) Program educates beyond 18-year-olds with special needs. The program takes place at a residential house to help transition students to become responsible citizens in the community. This is a partnership between the Burlington Area School District and Waterford Union High School.
The PAC Program nurtures student independence and potential through collaborative efforts with home, school, and community providers. It fosters growth in social-emotional, critical thinking, and self-advocacy skills. We aim to empower young adults with special education needs to thrive with dignity in diverse environments.
PAC Program students raise funds to support student activities through selling dog biscuits and an annual garage sale. Our Annual Garage Sale will be held on October 1-3, 2025. If you have donations you would like to make, contact Amy Anhold at aanhold@basd.k12.wi.us for information.
