Hello!  I am Colleen Clifford.

I am excited to start my 22nd year in the district! This year besides being an interventionalist, I get the privilege of working with the online program, WISCO.

Before being an interventionist, I taught 4th grade at Dover, 3rd and 4th grade at Cooper, and 5th and 6th grade at Dyer.  I'm glad to be a part of the dedicated, hardworking Cooper Family!

Prior to moving to Wisconsin, I taught 3rd and 5th grade as well as worked as an aide and a long term sub.  I have been involved in writing curriculum and creating new programs to meet the needs of the students.  Altogether I have been working in elementary schools for close to 30 years.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with resources in math and language arts from Illinois State University and a Master's Degree in Teaching and Leadership from St. Xavier University in Chicago.  In addition, I have another 39 hours of coursework.  

When I am not at school, my time is spent with my family.  I am a widow with 2 children, Jack and Megan.  Both children are recently home after several years of college. Both are taking time to decide what they wish to do now that they are officially adults.
