1. Complete the new student online enrollment. Instructions can be found on the district webpage.
2. Items to bring with you to the enrollment meeting:
a. Forms listed above under item 1.
b. Proof of Burlington Area School District residency.
c. Proof of guardianship if student is not living with both biological parents.
d. Students/Guardians are encouraged to bring previous:
i. Transcript
ii. Schedule
iii. Special Education Records
iv. Current Grades
v. Discipline Records
vi. Attendance Records
vii. Immunization Records
viii. Certification of classroom and/or behind the wheel instruction
ix. WIAA Physical Card (or state equivalent)
*Falsification of records, or failure to disclose information, may result in a change or removal from initial placement within the Burlington Area School District.
