Prom

• BHS Juniors and Seniors in good standing or a guest of a BHS Jr. or Sr. also in good standing. GOOD STANDING means: no outstanding attendance issues with administration, no open detentions, no past due library or Chromebook materials, and must have 30 service learning hours, if a junior or younger, and 40 service learning hours if a Senior.
• ALL attendees must have a signed parent permission slip and dance contract before purchasing tickets

• Guests from outside of BHS must be in high school, completed 8th grade, or a 2019 high school graduate. Guest Forms need to be completed before purchasing tickets.

$70 per person
This includes catered dinner stations, drinks, transportation to venue, a photo adventure and fun activities for all!

An elegant evening gown/outfit or a shirt/tie with long pant. This will be determined by administrative approval.

• Monday, March 30th – Friday, April 3rd
• During lunches and after school in the Concession Stand.
• NO SALES before or after these dates. BHS Juniors & Seniors in GOOD STANDING, bring your school ID, your signed permission slips, signed dance contracts and money with you.
• NOTE: Students will be asked to sign up for a TABLE assignment. If you want to eat with your friends, you will want to sign up together to reserve a table for ten. You should check the non-eligible list to make sure you ALL are ready to buy tickets.

• WHO:  All Prom Attendees
• Spectator tickets ($5 each) are for sale Monday, March 30th – Friday, April 3rd in the Concession Stand, in the Main Office until Prom, or at the door.  Auditorium is first come, first serve with overflow in Commons area.
• WHERE:  In the BHS auditorium & Commons
• WHEN: at 5:50 pm
• HOW:  Prom Guests will be announced by Table assignment.

ALL Juniors eligible to attend prom will be on the ballot and ONLY Juniors will vote by electronic ballet sometime before Prom.  Prom Court consists of the top nine males and females with the most votes.  If necessary, a second vote will decide King and Queen.  Prom Court will be announced at the following times:

• Before Grand March at BHS
• Before dinner at the Veteran's Terrace

PRE-PROM:  BHS Gymnasium
All prom participants enter through the Commons beginning at 5:30 pm and need to be checked in by 5:45 pm.

• ONLY students will be allowed in Gym for appetizers while they wait to be lined up according to Table numbers for Grand March.
• There will be a coat check for personal belongings during the Grand March.

Grand March

• Spectators with tickets may enter through Commons @ 5:00 pm
• Spectators without tickets may purchase at door @ 5:10 pm
• Immediately after students walk through the Grand March,
• They will load the shuttles to the Veteran’s Terrace*

*All prom attendees will ride shuttles to and from BHS. There will be no entrance to Prom at  Veteran's Terrace. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shuttles take the students to the Veteran’s Terrace.

Dinner

Prom Court is announced at the Veteran’s Terrace.

Shuttles take students back to BHS.
