Requirements: |
To qualify for a Vision Forward Association Scholarship or the Arthur L. Ebert Scholarship, the applicant must be visually impaired, legally blind, totally blind or multi-disabled. All applicants must provide documentation from a physician or vision specialist that supports one of the following visual diagnoses in order to be eligible for consideration of a scholarship award:
- Visually Impaired: having a best corrected visual acuity of 20/60 or worse in the better eye.
- Legally Blind: having a best corrected visual acuity of 20/200 or worse in the better eye or a visual field of less than 20 degrees.
- Totally Blind: having a best corrected visual acuity of 20/400 or worse in the better eye or a visual field of less than 10 degrees.
- Multi-disabled: meeting one of the above vision-related criterion with the presence of an additional documented disability, such as a physical disability, deafness, cognitive impairment or chronic health condition.

The AB Nicholas Scholarship Foundation offers scholarships based on need, academic achievement and character for high school senior basketball players and managers, both boys and girls, who plan to attend the University of Wisconsin system, who are residents of Wisconsin.
Restriction: Student athletes who choose to participate in Division 1 athletics at the college level will not be eligible to receive an AB Nicholas Scholarship due to NCAA regulations. |

The WATDA Foundation’s Last Chance scholarship window is April 1 – April 30, 2025. If you have students who plan on attending a technical college in the fall for automotive, collision, or diesel please encourage them to apply.
- Top scholarship package awarded is $15,050 (Ford Scholarship Program)
- Average scholarship package awarded is almost $9,000
- Attached are both the Ford and general scholarship flyers to post in your classrooms and send to students/parents
- Since 2020, the WATDA Foundation has awarded 446 scholarship packages with $3.5 million (this is the industry supporting future master technicians in your classes)

Multiple scholarships for winners of an essay contest. Applicants must fill out attached application and type an essay (500-1,000 words). See application for details.
Essays are judged on originality and subject matter in relationship to the topic. The essays must also contain correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. Essays must include a bibliographic listing of sources used.
All applicants must be planning to attend a Wisconsin public or private college or university in 2025.

You’re eligible to apply if you were born on or after June 2nd, 2005, and plan to start college for the first time in 2026. Don’t worry if you’ve earned some college credit through a high school program—you’re still eligible. Whether you’re a high school junior, enrolled in a GED or alternative education program, or a recent high school graduate or GED recipient, you’re welcome to apply as long as you’ll start college for the first time in 2026.
Undocumented students who meet these criteria are encouraged to apply.

Scholarship Information:
Our goal is to help local young adults that are entering the construction trades in our communities.
There are (2) versions of this scholarship: Academic & Direct to Workforce.
1) Academic Scholarship:
This scholarship is meant for students pursing further education for a career in the trades.
2) Direct to Workforce:
This scholarship is meant for students going directly into the workforce within the residential
construction industry to help buy things like tools or equipment.
Qualifications:
To qualify for an RKBA scholarship, students must be able to demonstrate the following:
? Interest in pursuing a career or further education in a building industry related field
? High school senior or current first year student in college and/or a trades program
? Must maintain a 2.5 GPA for Academic Scholarship (or) a letter of employment for Direct to
Workforce Scholarship
? Must be a resident in one of these southeast Wisconsin counties:
Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Waukesha, or Walworth

Qualified students must reside in the Burlington Area School District and be graduates of Burlington High School or Catholic Central High School, Burlington, Wisconsin.

The scholarship shall be awarded predicated on character and financial need and an improving academic record over the course of high school. This scholarship is awarded for both technical or vocational education and traditional college education.
