Course Description
Sophomores, juniors, and seniors have the option to participate in Life Fitness Training. This course is designed to improve students’ cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Throughout each week we will spend time doing the following: strength training, plyometrics, yoga/pilates, core training, aerobics (kickboxing, step, etc.), and circuit training. Other topics covered include target heart rate, nutrition, and program design.
